RETURN POLICY
Customers can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of purchase for store credit or a different product. Items must be in thier original packaging with all tags attached and customers must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
FINAL SALES: All dresses, cosmetics, beauty & wellness, undergarments, swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits, and SALE merchandise are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments. TGS will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing the original tags and receipt. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to TGS within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
During the holidays: Items, not part of FINAL SALES, purchased between BLACK FRIDAY and December 25th can be returned for store credit only until December 31st.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and TGS reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
